Refund & Cancellation Policy

Granth-Sarthi Foundation values the trust of its donors and supporters. Please read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a donation.

No Refund Policy

• All donations made to Granth-Sarthi Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances.

Cancellation

• Donations cannot be cancelled once completed.
• Donors are requested to verify all details before proceeding with the payment.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited but not credited to Granth-Sarthi Foundation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed by the respective bank or payment gateway as per their policies.
• If a donor makes a duplicate donation by mistake, the Foundation may review the request on a case-by-case basis, but is not obligated to issue a refund.

Processing of Refunds (If Applicable)

• Any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing time depends on the bank or payment gateway and may take 7–10 working days or as per their norms.
